Code of Conduct
FedExForum Guest Code of Conduct
FedExForum is committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable entertainment experience. Accordingly, FedExForum guests are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with the following:
- Guests will refrain from disruptive behavior, including foul or abusive language or obscene gestures.
- Guests shall be respectful of others around them.
- Guests shall refrain from fighting, unwanted touching, obscene gestures, throwing objects, inappropriate displays of affection in a public setting, and/or engaging in other behavior detrimental to the experience of other guests.
- Guests will consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner.
- Guests will sit only in their ticketed seats and show their tickets when requested.
- Guests are required to wear a shirt and shoes at all times. FedExForum reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing clothing items or signs displaying offensive text and/or images.
- Guests shall not interfere with the event, performers or athletes in any way. Guests with tickets located close to the playing floor for all basketball events and close to the stage, performance area, or floor for all other events may be subject to an enhanced code of conduct.
- Guests are required to comply with requests from venue staff regarding facility operations and emergency response procedures.
Guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest Usher, Security Guard, Guest Services staff member or anonymously through our texting system by texting 69050.
Guests who choose not to adhere to the above Code of Conduct may be subject to ejection without refund and may also be in violation of city and/or ordinances and/or statutes resulting in possible arrest and prosecution. FedExForum reserves the right to permanently ban an individual from FedExForum for violation of the foregoing Code of Conduct, or to ban an individual for a determinate period of time.
