Multiplatinum selling hip-hop star Kevin Gates is bringing The Classic Mayhem – Kevin Gates and Friends to the FedExForum stage on Friday, September 13. The concert will also feature hip-hop newcomer Light Skin Keisha with more friends to be announced at a later date.

Kevin Gates first created buzz in the music world with his mixtape Make ‘Em Believe in 2012, catching the attention of various record labels. However, Gates’ first breakthrough was in 2013 with his The Luca Brasi Story mixtape where Rolling Stone named “Wylin” the 40th best song of 2013. His first major label mixtape with Atlanta Records was titled Stranger Than Fiction and would go on to give Gates his first Billboard 200 recognition, with the mixtape peaking at No. 37. His second Billboard 200 honor came a year later when his mixtape By Any Means charted at No. 17.
