Combining traditional banda music with a youthful, modern energy, the septet of Tijuana natives is becoming one of Mexico’s hottest pop bands. Grupo Firme rose to fame in 2020 by releasing singles Pídeme, El Roto and Juro Por Dios. Between 2020-2021, Grupo Firme won four Premios Juventud awards and five of six nominations at Premio Lo Nuestro and won their first Latin Grammy for Best Banda Album for their album Nos Divertimos Lo Grando Lo Imposible. The group also completed an eight-stadium US tour last year.
