28th Annual Youth Villages Soup Sunday returns to FedExForum on Sunday, Jan. 29 from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
The Mid-South’s best ‘tasting’ event is back as the 28th Annual Youth Villages Soup Sunday returns to FedExForum Sunday, Jan. 29 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. All proceeds from this year’s event, presented by Konica Minolta, will benefit the Youth Villages’ mentoring program.
Soup Sunday features mouthwatering soups, seafood gumbos, unique specialty items, fresh breads and delicious desserts from more than 40 of the Memphis-area’s best restaurants and caterers including Amerigo, Babalu Tapas & Tacos, The Half Shell, Bardog Tavern, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Celtic Crossing, Huey’s and many more. The delicious eats continue outside with food trucks from Delish Desserts, Eat at Eric’s Grill and Catering, Say Cheese and more.
Soup Sunday has something for foodie fans of all ages, as Magic Mr. Nick will light up the Kid Zone along with the annual Oreo stacking contest, inflatables, face painting and appearances by local team mascots.
Tickets are available at the door. General admission for adults is $20; children ages 6-12 are $10 and ages 5 and under are free.
For those looking to enhance their Soup Sunday experience, the VIP Souper Party offers guests a premium Soup Sunday experience on the First Tennessee Club Level at FedExForum, in addition to all the fun downstairs. VIP Souper Party features exclusive specialty items and adult beverages from several of the Mid-South’s finest restaurants including Café Ole, Ciao Bella Italian Grill and Bar and Youth Villages’ own Food With Class program, among others. VIP Souper Party tickets are $75 for adults and $35 for children. VIP Souper Party tickets for couples are available exclusively at soupsunday.org for $110.
