The Memphis Grizzlies and FedExForum promote the inclusion of patrons with disabilities so that they may enjoy all of the same opportunities as patrons without disabilities by providing patrons the use of auxiliary aids and services.

ATM machines are located on the Plaza, Pinnacle Club, and Terrace levels.

Should you have car trouble in the FedExForum Parking Garage after an event, please notify a lot attendant. Parking lot attendants will contact local service providers who can offer locksmith services, jumps, and other services.

Only clear bags made of plastic, vinyl or PVC no larger than 6x8x2 inches will be allowed inside FedExForum. Clear bags may not have an all-over print or decoration that prohibits full view of its contents and may contain a strap, but metal or chain straps are prohibited. Guests are also welcome to bring wallets (sized to be carried in the front or back pocket) no larger than 5x3.5 inches and one quart or smaller clear plastic storage/freezer bags.

Clear bags and wallets compliant with the above will also be screened through X-Ray machines. Possible exceptions include medically necessary bags and diaper bags (child must be present). Patrons with medically necessary bags must enter through the Grand Lobby at marked doors. All bags will be inspected upon entry.

Working personnel will continue to enter FedExForum through designated gates where they will be subject to the same clear bag policy and security screening.

• Banners, sticks and poles are prohibited.
• Though some events may allow the display of small signs (including flags and posters), all signs must be approved for the event and are subject to the discretion of the Memphis Grizzlies prior to entry into FedExForum. Signage (i) cannot be displayed in any way that obstructs the view of other patrons or arena advertising; and (ii) cannot be offensive, derogatory, political, or commercial in nature (as determined by the Memphis Grizzlies or FedExForum).
• Banners, signs and any other item may not be hung anywhere in FedExForum by anyone other than those given authorization to do so by the Memphis Grizzlies.

Guests may sign out binoculars at each of the Guest Relations Centers located outside of Section 102 and Section 202. Binocular rentals will require proof of identification and a $20.00 deposit, with $10.00 being refundable upon return of the binoculars.

Only small personal still camera equipment with a 3 inch lens or smaller may be brought into FedExForum. Detachable lenses are not permitted. Please note that for certain events cameras may not be allowed into the facility. Video, audio and professional camera and recording devices are prohibited. Fans may not reproduce any film, digital, video or audio recordings of events for commercial purposes without the express written consent of the Memphis Grizzlies, FedExForum and the NBA.

FedExForum is now cashless and has contactless transactions at concession stands through out the arena, offering guests the opportunity to scan their own cards or tap to pay with services such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

FedExForum offers a wide variety of food and beverage concessions to meet just about every taste.

Guests using foul language or appearing intoxicated will be ejected from the arena. Guests wearing obscene or indecent clothing will be denied entry. Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times.

Guests ages 2 and under are not required to have a ticket for admission, unless otherwise specified.

For Memphis Grizzlies games the doors will open one hour prior to tip-off. For all other events doors will typically open one hour before show time. Please note that door times may vary depending on the event. Feel free to check in advance by calling 901.205.1234.

Five (5) public elevators are located in FedExForum. Elevators are located in the Northwest, Southwest and Southeast corners of the facility.

In the event of an emergency, all Memphis Grizzlies' personnel have been trained and instructed to assist you in evacuating the premises. Appropriate emergency strobe lights and voice enunciators are located throughout the building. Always remain calm and follow the instructions from staff members and emergency personnel. All fire exits are indicated by illuminated red signs. Locate the sign nearest your seat for the closest exit.

FedExForum's unique single entry design, allows all fans to enter in grand style right from downtown's entertainment district. Easy drop-off is available right at the door for guests with disabilities. Please see Security Procedures below for additional information regarding that.

There are escalators located on the north and south side of building. The escalators go directly between the Plaza and Terrace levels only. Access to the Pinnacle Club or Courtside Suite level is via public staircases adjacent to the escalators or one of the five public elevators.

Guests may obtain First Aid items such as aspirin, antacids and band-aids from a First Aid attendant. First Aid stations are located on two different levels for guest convenience.

This private level features Club Seats, Hennessy Club Boxes, Premium Suites and ULTRA Club.

Club Seats, located on the Pinnacle Level, offer an exceptional way to see FedExForum events. The Pinnacle Level also offers a wide variety of food and beverage options. Pinnacle Level Executive Suites and Theater Boxes offer luxurious entertainment for your clients, prospects, friends and family.

The Memphis Grizzlies Den is your year-round place for exclusive Grizzlies merchandise. The Grizzlies Den features the largest selection of officially licensed NBA merchandise in Memphis and the Mid-South. Located in the Grand Lobby of FedExForum, you'll find an array of product from Grizzlies t-shirts to personalized jerseys to other collectible souvenirs.

Our Guest Relations staff is here to ensure that all guests have a safe, quality experience at all events. Guest Relations Centers are located on two different levels for your convenience.

If you become separated from your child, visit the closest Guest Relation Center for assistance.

If you find or lose an item during an event, please head to the nearest Guest Relations Center for assistance. Lost items can be claimed at Guest Relations Centers located outside of sections 102 and 202. For assistance on non-event days, contact our Guest Relations Hotline at 901.205.1535.

Masks are no longer required inside FedExForum.

The Mamava Nursing Pod for breastfeeding mothers is located near Section 107 on the Plaza Concourse. This provides a safe, convenient place to pump and breast feed.

FedExForum Gossett Motors Parking Garage offers 1,500 parking spaces in the five-level attached parking garage. There are two entrances to the garage, both on Dr. M.L. King Jr. Avenue between B.B. King Boulevard and Fourth Street. Parking is sold on a season basis for Memphis Grizzlies games and Memphis Tigers games. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for non-basketball events at FedExForum. Parking rates are set based on the type of event being held at FedExForum.

Located on street level, guests to FedExForum will not have to navigate stairs to enter. The Plaza Level hosts an array of concession and novelty stands.

Guests to FedExForum are prohibited from entering the arena with the following:

• Fireworks
• Beverages
• Camcorders
• Only small personal still camera equipment with a 3 inch lens or smaller are allowed.
• Mace or pepper spray
• Poles and selfie-sticks
• Missile-like objects that can be thrown such as frisbees
• Weapons
• Aerosol cans
• Beach balls
• Bats
• Illegal substance
• Food
• Banners (any object that obstructs the view of another)
• Signage (i) cannot be displayed in any way that obstructs the view of other patrons or arena advertising; and (ii) cannot be offensive, derogatory, political, or commercial in nature (as determined by the Memphis Grizzlies or FedExForum).
• Tripods
• Air horns or any other mechanical noise makers
• Animals (excluding service animals, those approved for shows, entertainment, etc.)
• Fireworks
• Laptop computers
• Laser pens or laser products of any type
• Bags/ Backpacks no larger than 6x8x2 inches.
• Outside food or beverages of any kind (alcoholic beverages included)
• Poles or sticks (including selfie sticks)
• Weapons of any type, including guns and knives.
• Any other item deemed unacceptable by FedExForum or by other show managers/promoters.

In the event that items are revealed during a search, guests must dispose of the items prior to entry. The Grizzlies will not store any of the aforementioned items.

For your safety, FedExForum has a no re-entry policy.

Restrooms are located on all levels, and are equipped to meet the needs of all guests, including guests with disabilities. Family restrooms are available on all general public access levels.

The Sensory Room is a designated space specifically designed with tools and equipment to help guests regulate their senses, when they are experiencing sensory overload. This is located on the Pinnacle Level, across from Suite 217. KultureCity Sensory Bags are available for checkout as well. Just visit the Guest Relations or Concierge desk for more information.

FedExForum is a smoke free facility; however smoking is permitted in designated areas outside of the arena.

Limited suites are available to rent at FedExForum on an event per event basis. Suites are located on Pinnacle level and Suite level. For more information contact 901-888-HOOP.

The Memphis Grizzlies require all strollers to be checked in at the Guest Relations Desk at Sections 102 and 202.

The Terrace Level concourse is accessed by using the designated escalators. Once there, it's just a short walk to the seating area, and just like the Plaza level, there are plenty of food and beverage options, merchandise stands, and easy access to restrooms.

FedExForum is equipped with 18 on-site windows located adjacent to the Main Entry Plaza on Third Street. All major credit cards will be accepted (American Express, Discover, VISA and MasterCard). Personal checks are not accepted. Tickets are also available for purchase through ticketmaster.com or by phone.

The Memphis Grizzlies recommend only purchasing tickets for Grizzlies games and FedExForum events through the Grizzlies, FedExForum Box Office or Ticketmaster. Tickets purchased from a third party could be lost, stolen or duplicate tickets and may not be accepted at the door.

It is illegal to re-sell FedExForum tickets anywhere in FedExForum or its surrounding properties.

Leafleting, soliciting, and the unauthorized distribution (including sell) of merchandise is prohibited.

Guests may bring small, personal umbrellas (16 inches long and under) but due to space and safety concerns, no large golf umbrellas with pointed tips will be allowed.

Guests who have tickets for Will Call pick-up may do so at the Box Office in front of FedExForum with a valid photo ID. Third party Will Call not accepted.
