Premium MVPs: Additional Event Information
SECURITY SCREENING & PROHIBITED ITEMS
Walk-through security metal detectors are utilized for all events. Plan to arrive early to allow time for security procedures.
Cameras with a 3 inch lens or smaller are allowed in the building. Recording equipment and professional cameras are not permitted.
All Suite Holders should only park in their reserved stalls in the Toyota Parking Garage.
For spaces located on P1 or P2 level - Use the West entrance to the garage.
For spaces located on P3 level - Use the East entrance to the garage.
If someone is parked in your space, please notify the Parking Attendant on duty who can assist you in finding an open parking space. Please do not park in another space until directed as this will only compound the difficulties for others.
The Premium Services concierge staff is available during all events. Should you have any questions or concerns, including the need for a ticket check in your suite, please visit the the Concierge Desk.
The concierge will be checking tickets throughout the night. Please keep your tickets with you at all times. You will need your tickets to gain access to the Pinnacle Level.
FOR GRIZZLIES GAMES: Televisions will be powered on. To access the in-house feed, tune your television to Channel 66. If you need assistance with the television the concierge staff is available to help.
FOR FEDEXFORUM CONCERTS & EVENTS: All televisions are powered off at the promoter’s request. Televisions are set to automatically power down before showtime.
Ticket Forwarding
To forward Grizzlies tickets and parking, log in the MVP Portal to access Account Manager. Please note that once you forward your tickets, the original tickets are void and cannot be used to gain admission to the building. If you need assistance with this process, please email your Account Executive.
Minimum Age Requirement for Tickets
All guests ages 2 and older are required to have a ticket for admittance to all events at FedExForum.
